CAM Grupo develops Cumbres de Mita; sales are handled by Century 21 CAM Grupo.
Through our forms we collect: name, email address, phone number, your message and the development, lot or unit you are interested in. Along with your request we also record the page you write from, the referring site and, where applicable, the campaign parameters in the URL (for example, utm_source). We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data through this website.
Primary purposes, necessary to serve you: (i) responding to your request for information, a quote or a visit; and (ii) commercial follow-up on your interest in buying or investing at Cumbres de Mita. Secondary purpose, not necessary to serve you: (iii) sending you promotional information about our developments. If you do not want us to process your data for the secondary purpose, you may object at any time by writing to ventas@c21camgrupo.com with the subject "No promotional information"; this will not affect how we handle your request.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and the conditions of such use (Access); to request correction of your information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records when you believe it is not being used properly (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection).
To handle your request, we share your data with Century 21 CAM Grupo, which markets the development. Your data is also processed on our behalf by technology providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (website hosting and cookie-free analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Telegram (internal notifications to the sales team). Some of these providers are located outside Mexico. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may modify this privacy notice to reflect legal changes or changes in our practices or services. Any change will be published on this page with its last-updated date.
To exercise your Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection rights, or to withdraw your consent, send your request to ventas@c21camgrupo.com. Your request must include: the data subject’s full name, an email address for our response, a document proving your identity (or your representative’s), a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and any element that helps locate your data. We will respond within 20 business days, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, following the same procedure as for ARCO rights. In some cases we may be unable to honor the withdrawal immediately, for example when a legal provision requires us to keep processing your data.
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the competent authority under the LFPDPPP in force since March 21, 2025.
